We will be doing the prerun next week, August 4 and 5. Plan on having very little overlap with the roads that were driven last year for this run. There are still rooms available!! Betty and Greg

Betty and I just returned from the prerun of the Gray Ghost Vermount run scheduled for October 15-17, 2010. We have planned a great run with lots of fun roads and Mount Equiniox being part of the run. Magnus and Carina are great hosts at the Gray Ghost Inn and there are still rooms available for those who might want to join us.
So far we have coming:
Kevin and Cris Mike and Lynn Greg and Betty John and Liz George and Pat
I will need to know the planned arrival time at the Gray Ghost on Friday, October 15th for everyone so that I can plan a get together that evening. The Saturday, October 16th Run will begin with breakfast at the Gray Ghost with departure time of 8:30 AM for a full day of driving, picture taking, etc. a full tank of gas is suggested as the run is 145 miles in length. The views from Mt. Equiniox are great! We will spend time at the top for pictures and will stop several times on the way down for pictures and time to cool the brakes for those in need. The roads will be fun, we have several stops for bio breaks (about one every hour of drive time) , lunch, several covered bridges, a cheese and wine shop and a very unique ice cream stop. We are planning a dinner for the evening of the run. Details and cost for this dinner will be coming in the future. We have also planned some great roads for the trip back to NH on Sunday after breakfast.
The rooms at the Gray Ghost are $104.50 per night includes breakfast and taxes The toll road up Mt Equiniox is $12.00 per car and driver and $2 for the passenger. Lunch will be at Mulligans, in Manchester, VT The Cheese and Wine shop is in Grafton, VT Ice Cream stop will be outside of Grafton, VT Dinner on Saturday Night (still in the planning) All the places and stops take credit cards except for the ice cream stop.
Please join us for this run!
Betty and Greg
